It prevents lip gloss from bleeding over the lip line.   
3D volume lip gloss for the most shiny lip plumping effect – ideal for both day and evening make-up. You can use it alone or in combination with the lip contour. When applied, you will feel the light coolness of menthol, which stimulates blood microcirculation. At the expense of this, visually the lip becomes more fluffy.
Application Guide: 
As a first step, cover the contour of your lips  with your transparent lip pencil, that you received with product. Apply directly or with a lip brush from the center of the mouth, keeping it closed, to the corners. For more sophisticated lips, profile them and cover with glitter.
